CMSA's purpose is to promote awareness of the construction management program at Lamar, to provide for the professional development of 我们的 members and to offer a social outlet for CM students.

The Finance Association encompasses both the local chapter of the Financial Management Association (FMA) and the FMA National Honorary Society. We are a registered student organization and have regularly been recognized as a Superior Chapter of FMA International.
